On the hardwoods in the family room, on the basement floor, on the carpeted upstairs bedroom.

Last night was the first night we stayed in the new house. It felt good waking up in our bed. We officially closed Monday and have been slowly bringing boxes and small furniture over since then- one evening I sat in the dining room thinking how weird it felt... how this really did not feel like our house. That's a bummer because we just signed up for a sweet 30 year mortgage on this bad boy. All those worries disappeared the more Toby pooped in the new place. I know I talk a lot about this guy's poops, but seriously. He weighs like 14lbs and eats the equivalent to a 100 calorie pack of cheez-its each day. He is this and he does this and continues to go and go and go and go. It's quite remarkable. Really.

So as Toblerone christened the new place I began to feel more and more like it was home. Thanks little guy.

I read your blog through someone else's blog, but I feel like your dog poop stories are my dog poop stories. We have a Corgi puppy who poops his weight in stool every day. I just wanted you to know you're not alone!
